By connecting to the Internet, they can use Outlook of Office 365 to make conference reservations and manage, and conduct inquiries on the touch screen. The screen obtains reservation information in real time from Outlook via the system and shows the reservation details and the usage status of the conference room clearly. This enables users to confirm conference information quickly and also makes it easy for others to know the occupancy, thus improving the utilization rate of the conference rooms.
