Return, Refund and Exchange Policy
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If you submit it after 30 days of purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to process your return request.
In order to successfully fulfill the return requirement, your product must be unused and the same as when you received it. The packaging must also be the original packaging.
The receipt or proof of purchase must be presented when returning the goods.
The buyer is responsible for paying the freight incurred when the item is returned. The return shipping fee will not be refunded.
In the following cases, only a partial refund is promised:
-The item does not conform to the original state when the product is sold, and the parts are damaged or lost due to the buyer’s error.
-The returned item has exceeded 30 days from the date of purchase.
After receiving and reviewing your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. At the same time, we will inform you whether we agree or refuse a refund.
If your refund request is approved, we will process your refund request immediately, and the refund will be returned to your account or credit card in the same way after a few days.
When you receive a refund, the shipping cost of the initial shipment will be deducted from your refund.
Delayed or failed refund
If you have not received a refund, first check whether your bank account is normal.
Then contact your credit card company, it usually takes some time to officially issue a refund.
Next, contact your issuing bank. There is usually some processing time before the refund is issued.

Only regular-priced items can be refunded, and promotional items cannot be refunded.
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to replace it with the same product, please send the product back to us.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of the item returned. The return shipping fee is non-refundable.
If the item is marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate with the value of the returned item. Upon receipt of the returned item, the gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item is not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver sends the order to himself and then gives it to you later, we will refund the gift giver and he will tell you to return the item.

Consumers should bear all risks of items being lost or damaged during transportation.
If you are shipping more than $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned goods.
